Gender Alliance Support Group

Late Bloomers Support Group

KiKi @ The Q (YOUTH SUPPORT)

The Lower Columbia Gender Alliance is a social and peer support group for people who are gender expansive, gender fluid, gender queer, transsexual, transgender and who may self-identify as different than the gender they were assigned at birth. We gather with friends, family and allies from the lower Columbia River region.

The Lower Columbia Gender Alliance started as a support group in 2012 and met in various public places. In 2013 we were invited to meet at the Harbor offices where we partnered with them until 2015. In 2014 we began working to establish the Lower Columbia Q Center where we remain a prominent program with dedicated funding.

Our meetings are within the Lower Columbia Q Center at 171 W. Bond Street., Astoria, OR. 97103.  Our meetings are typically peer facilitated and our gathering is the second and forth Tuesdays of every month from 6:00-8:00. Tessa Scheller - Facilitator
